About The Position

Direct Care Staff at Sevita support people with developmental goals and complex needs, helping them grow, learn, live well, and participate in their communities. The role involves building meaningful relationships, supporting favorite activities, and assisting with personal hygiene. Participants may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

This is a full-time overnight position in Warrenville, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., paying $19.45 per hour. Sevita describes the role as rewarding work with supportive supervisors and offers tools and training for career development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
