About The Position

Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring Direct Care Staff for Supported Living Services in Santa Clara County. The position supports clients with independent living skills, including cooking, budgeting, and hygiene, and assists clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Staff plan and organize schedules to promote clients’ goal achievement and document progress through case notes. No experience is needed; training is provided. The role is offered part-time and full-time.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with independent living skills, including cooking, budgeting, and hygiene.
