About The Position

Sevita is hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals. The role supports people with developmental goals and helps them live well, grow, learn, participate in their community, and enjoy favorite activities. Staff build meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve and are trusted to take initiative and do what is right for participants.

The position includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Sevita offers training and development for employees pursuing a fulfilling career in human services.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
