About The Position

Sevita is hiring a PRN/fill-in Direct Care Staff member to pick up first, second, or third shifts as needed, at $19.45 per hour. The role supports people with developmental goals and helps them grow, learn, and live well. Staff build meaningful relationships with participants, take initiative to support community involvement and favorite activities, and help with goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The work also includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
