About The Position

Direct Care Staff at Sevita support people with developmental goals and complex needs, helping them grow, learn, and live well. The role involves building meaningful relationships, encouraging participation in community activities, and supporting individuals with goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Staff also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and every other Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The listed pay is $20.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license held for at least one year after obtaining a permit.
• A clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
