About The Position

The Summer 2026 Direct Auto Customer & Sales Experience Intern is a hands-on, immersive experience designed for rising seniors interested in building a career in sales, marketing, customer experience, or business operations. Over the course of a 4–5 week full-time internship, interns will gain real-world experience working inside Direct Auto retail locations, supporting both in-store customer sales and local community marketing efforts. Following the internship, high-performing individuals may have the opportunity to continue in a part-time student role, where they can deepen their experience, pursue licensing, and continue to grow in an earn-and-learn environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a blended skillset across relationship-based selling and grassroots marketing execution. Interns won’t just observe—they’ll actively contribute to store success by engaging customers, supporting sales activities, and helping build awareness in the surrounding community.
