About The Position

As a Dir Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Wi-Fi / Bluetooth connectivity marketing, applications, or engineering role
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products to market
• Strong understanding wireless connectivity markets and use cases across IoT and automotive verticals
• Strong knowledge of wireless connectivity technology (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 15.4, Thread, Matter, and others), and embedded systems, including MCU, software, tools
• Solid understanding of product marketing and product definition processes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to inspire and influence both customers and internal stakeholders
• Master's/Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering, MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive differentiated product definition and business plans with target markets, customers, applications, partners, and relevant go-to-market strategies for Wi-Fi combo connectivity solutions
• Define and drive product development and planning of hardware/software/system solutions to enable ease of use, and to lead key customer engagements
• Translate customer needs into use cases and technical requirements for R&D
• Create marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc
• Work closely with global sales and regional marketing teams to engage customers in IoT and Automotive markets
• Collaborate with engineering, applications team, project management ,and operations to guide product execution, priorities and delivery
