About The Position

As a Dining Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll lead a team responsible for providing residents with a warm, inviting dining experience. You will oversee meal preparation for residents, staff, and guests, maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room, and help manage budgets, inventory, and production. The role requires following HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous kitchen management experience.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
• Passion and drive for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Active ServSafe Certification and CDM are strongly desired. Edgewood will provide any required training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise dining staff.
• Oversee meal preparation for residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room.
• Assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control.
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
