About The Position

Prosper at Wickliffe is seeking a motivated Dining Services Director for its assisted living community in Wickliffe, Ohio. The Director is responsible for food production and service, menu planning, regulatory compliance, inventory and budget management, staff leadership, special events, and resident satisfaction. Requirements

Three years of experience.
Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role; senior living experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and dining service standards.
Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
