About The Position

The Server provides upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. The role calls for a warm and inviting personality and timely responses to requests from residents, guests, and team members while professionally representing The Waters. The position is part-time, with evening hours from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality to seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents.
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them.
• Respond to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely manner.
