About The Position

The Server provides upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. The role calls for a warm and inviting personality and timely, professional responses to requests from residents, guests, and team members. Servers represent The Waters and help create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents, while providing excellent hospitality to seniors and taking time to engage with residents’ family and friends.

• Provide excellent hospitality to seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests professionally and in a timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents.
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them.
• Respond to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely and professional manner.
