About The Position
The Server provides upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person has a warm and inviting personality, responds to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely manner, and professionally represents The Waters. The role includes providing excellent hospitality to seniors, serving food and beverages professionally and promptly, creating a fun, engaging, and caring environment, and engaging with residents’ family and friends.
