About The Position

The Dining Server provides personalized, attentive dining service in accordance with fine dining standards and established procedures. The role involves greeting guests, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and beverage pairings, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas. The server completes opening and closing side work, follows food safety and sanitation procedures, maintains a polished professional appearance, and collaborates with kitchen, bar, and service staff. This is a part-time PM shift from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The position requires English-language ability; bilingual ability is a plus. The employer conducts post-offer employment verification, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized, and attentive dining service according to fine dining standards and established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, presentations, garnishes, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Complete assigned opening side work to prepare the dining room and service stations.
• Perform closing side work and leave service areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and food and beverage handling procedures.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance, including proper hygiene and grooming and a clean, pressed uniform.
• Report to work on time and clock in only after being dressed and ready to begin the shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining room, patio, and service areas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and other assigned shifts.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service team members to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Use courteous phone skills and take accurate messages.
