About The Position

The Dining Server provides fine-dining service to guests, helping ensure a welcoming and exceptional dining experience. This is a part-time evening shift from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with an opportunity for on-call banquet work. The role requires English proficiency; bilingual ability is a plus. A high school diploma or GED and prior experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must have courteous phone skills and be able to take accurate messages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Provide personalized, attentive dining service in accordance with fine-dining standards and established procedures.
• Know the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, presentations, garnishes, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Complete opening side work and prepare the dining room and service stations for each shift.
• Complete closing side work and leave service areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and food and beverage handling procedures.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance, including proper hygiene, grooming, and a clean, pressed uniform.
• Arrive on time and clock in only after being dressed and ready to work.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining room, patio, and service areas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and other assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Use courteous phone skills and take accurate messages.
