About The Position

Hearthwood Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join its culinary team. The role provides hands-on serving functions within the community and supports a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment. The Server follows food quality, appearance, presentation, and service standards while serving residents courteously and answering questions about menu items.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Completion of at least sophomore year in high school.
• Food service work experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and keep workstations in proper order.
• Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
