About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Dining Server to provide exceptional service to residents and guests. The role focuses on creating a pleasant, welcoming dining experience through courteous service, attention to residents’ preferences and dietary needs, and teamwork with kitchen and dining staff. The position also supports meal preparation and presentation, dining-area setup and cleanup, sanitation, and inventory organization. Previous dining or customer-service experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, and be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The work requires standing for prolonged periods and manual dexterity. Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service.
Assist with meal preparation and presentation under the guidance of kitchen staff.
Follow dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate residents’ health needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and food preparation areas according to health and safety guidelines.
Engage with residents to create a warm, social dining atmosphere and attend to their preferences and feedback.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
