About The Position

The Dining Room Supervisor @ The Carnegie is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates. This role involves promoting a hospitality-focused culture, managing the front-of-house team, and serving as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff. The supervisor will also be responsible for recording operational data, creating effective schedules, forecasting labor by budget, and hiring, training, managing, and retaining associates.

Requirements

• Be a great team player
• A high school diploma required
• Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
• POS user experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
