About The Position

Cape Cod Senior Residences is hiring a Dining Room Server for its Dining team in Bourne, Massachusetts. The team provides customer service and a gourmet dining experience to senior residents in a safe, home-like, and fun work environment. This is a full-time position. Rates start at $15.50–$16 per hour, based on work experience. The Dining Room Server greets residents and guests during meals, takes orders from a selective menu, serves meals, sets and clears tables, resets the dining room, and maintains a clean dining environment. The role requires effective communication, punctuality, and reliability, as well as the ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests during meal times.
Serve residents and guests and take individual orders from a selective menu.
Set up tables for meals, clear tables, and reset them for future meal times.
Maintain a clean dining environment.
