About The Position

Join the Dining Associate team in the Continuing Care department at Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living. This role supports the dining room and pantry to help deliver an excellent dining experience for residents. The position involves welcoming residents, coordinating restaurant operations, assisting with meal preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the wait staff. Compensation starts at $15 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Help ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
