About The Position

Methuen Village is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide customer service and a gourmet dining experience for senior residents. Dining associates work in a safe, home-like environment and serve residents and guests during meal times. The position is part-time, with a shift from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Pay starts at $15–$16 per hour, based on work experience.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests during meal times.
Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu.
Set up tables for meals, clear tables, and reset them for future meal times.
Maintain a clean dining environment.
