About The Position

Cornerstone at Milford is seeking a Dining Room Server to help provide superior customer service and a gourmet dining experience for senior residents. Dining team members work in a safe, home-like, and fun environment. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full-time or part-time schedules available. The role is described as potentially suitable for someone seeking a flexible schedule during the school day.

Requirements

Lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.
Communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests during meal times.
Serve residents and guests and take individual orders from a selective menu.
Set up tables for meals, clear tables, and reset them for future meal times.
Maintain a clean dining environment.
