About The Position

Join the Dining Associate team in the Continuing Care department at Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living and help deliver excellent service to residents. The role supports smooth dining room and pantry operations and contributes to a great dining experience. Duties include welcoming residents, coordinating with seaters, servers, and kitchen staff, assisting with meal preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake. The position is based at Eagle’s Trace, a continuing care retirement community in West Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be flexible with schedule and available to work some weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
