About The Position

The Digital Shopper is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and creating a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders throughout the store, accurately verifying and bagging items, staging orders safely, and providing courteous service during curbside pickup and payment collection. Team members receive workflow through a dashboard and may support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide service at the curbside pickup area by accurately fulfilling orders and collecting payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Perform other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
