About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The posting describes stocking shelves with food and grocery products, moving products to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, coordinating with leadership, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, interacting respectfully with customers, and working overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day. Other tasks may be assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
