About The Position

The Digital Shopper is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and creating a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves receiving daily workflow through a dashboard, shopping and verifying items throughout the store, preparing and staging orders according to standards and food-safety guidelines, and supporting curbside service through payment collection and customer assistance. The position requires a customer-first approach, attention to detail, and the ability to stay active and learn new technologies. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience.
Past cashier experience.
Past online ordering experience.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food-safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
