About The Position

WSAZ-TV is hiring a full-time Digital Sales Assistant to support the Digital Sales Manager and Account Executives and coordinate digital orders as part of the digital sales process. The role involves handling ad creation instructions, digital order entry, digital graphics creation, traffic assignment, campaign monitoring, research, and reporting. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is technologically savvy, organized, self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position requires flexibility in assigned days and hours and a minimum four-year college degree.

Nice To Haves

• Marketing, communication, or business degree.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and design software.
• Experience with social media, paid digital ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter digital orders accurately.
• Request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling across campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Fulfill and monitor digital campaigns, including appropriate follow-up.
• Organize and deliver campaign reports by deadline.
• Research clients, industries, digital trends and strategies, and other categories as needed.
• Provide support and follow-up for the sales department.
• Assist or back up the station Copy Coordinator.
• Coordinate station programming schedules and formats with Corporate Programming, HUB Traffic, Nielsen, Comscore, and station Sales, News, and Master Control operations.
