About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters. No prior experience is required as structured training will be provided. Hired candidates will complete Digital Reporter training prior to their start date. This role involves administering oaths, participating in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings, and operating technology for these events. Administrative tasks will also be performed when not assigned to legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter
• Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided).

Nice To Haves

• Existing Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.
