About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters to help create the official record of legal proceedings such as depositions and hearings. No prior experience is required as the company provides structured training and certification support. This is a hybrid role with work on client sites, Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Hired candidates will complete Digital Reporter training prior to their start date.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter
• Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided).

Nice To Haves

• Existing Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.
