About The Position

NextLink Solutions is seeking a highly execution-focused Digital Procurement PMO / Execution Lead to support a large-scale global digital procurement transformation program. This role is part of a multi-year Procure-to-Pay transformation initiative spanning multiple regions, deployment waves, and hundreds of operational sites globally. The successful candidate will serve as the program's operational control tower, collaborating closely with Procurement, Finance, Business, IT, OCM, Integration, and Vendor teams to ensure seamless execution across all workstreams. This is a hands-on delivery role emphasizing execution management, action tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, deployment readiness, governance management, and cutover execution. The dynamic environment demands a detail-oriented professional adept at driving accountability, managing dependencies, proactively escalating issues, and ensuring the achievement of delivery milestones throughout the transformation program.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Program Delivery, Transformation PMO, or Execution Lead roles
  • Strong experience in Procurement Transformation, P2P, Source-to-Pay, or Digital Procurement programs
  • Experience working on Coupa, Ariba, SAP Procurement, or similar transformation programs
  • Proven experience managing large-scale global and multi-region transformation projects
  • Strong execution discipline with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage action tracking, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups daily
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business and technology teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and executive leadership
  • Experience working in complex global environments with multiple vendors and workstreams
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes including PR/PO lifecycle, guided buying, catalog management, and procurement operations
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with the ability to drive execution and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or packaging environments is a plus
  • Consulting background or experience working with large system integrators is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational control tower of the program.
