About The Position

As a member of our MSO Operations team, you'll lead multiple enterprise strategic initiatives/ projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities, deadlines, and ensuring that the business achieves its intended outcome for our end customer. This position is rooted in project management but is also a terrific opportunity to develop a more wholistic strategy to execution skillset. Additionally, there will be instances where you will take on the ongoing operational administrative management of a program after the successful implementation has occurred, until such a time that it may be handed off to another appropriate manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field of study; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience. All relevant experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, project management certification preferred.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure plans are implemented.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and associated project management artifacts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Communicate frequently with sponsors and stakeholders on project outcomes and/or risks to escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  • Support stakeholders and change management of large-scale initiatives.
  • Ensuring the right OKRs and KPIs are in place to support the measurement of impact and progress against plans.
  • Provide ongoing administration and process management of specific programs, as they are assigned.
  • Monitor program activities at a regular frequency to ensure internal and external processes and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Identify and communicate to leadership any programmatic risks as they arise.
  • As the programs subject matter expert, provide consultation to leadership as needed.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities related to issues or errors that may arise.
  • Collect data and report on program KPI’s as needed
