About The Position

The Unsecured Lending business provides comprehensive credit card solutions to IWPB’s affluent and globally mobile customers.The Unsecured Lending Business Execution Manager supports and coordinates execution and implementation of projects, portfolio engagement and rewards campaigns, customer communications, and public website updates which contribute to the program’s growth and profitability goals. The role also provides operational support to all program activities and incidents, including oversight of the Unsecured Lending customer escalation mailbox, and response to and resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Understanding of credit card products and services
  • Proven and progressive record of project management or communications and campaign execution experience, including financial services industry experience, management consulting experience, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/science field
  • Strong problem solving, project management, time management, strategic planning, communications, analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and respond positively to change, with flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate within large and complex organizations, including at senior levels

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate end-to-end execution processes and implementation for all Unsecured Lending projects, portfolio engagement and rewards campaigns, customer communications, and public website updates
  • Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) support as part of delivery and implementation
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in data, analytics, customer, marketing, digital, and distribution teams to develop and execute campaigns and communications
  • Support efforts to create targeted and personalized customer communications
  • Support documentation and resolution of management self-identified issues (MSIIs)
