About The Position

Guardian responsibly handles the world's IT assets, earning the trust of our partners, our people, and the planet. With eight service hubs and a nationwide fleet of mobile shred and wipe trucks, Guardian operates at scale across the continental U.S. We deliver secure data destruction, IT packing and logistics, and full data center decommissioning- all as a single, reliable provider. Our mobile units can shred up to 5,000 hard drives or wipe 300 devices onsite in a single day, giving clients unmatched speed, security, and confidence. Guardian is growing fast, innovating even faster, and building a world-class team to match. If you want to join a company where operational excellence, continuous improvement, and real impact are part of the everyday culture, Guardian is the place to do your best work. We're growing fast- do you want to grow with us? This is a project coordination role for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the engine that keeps Guardian's operation moving—coordinating techs, trucks, schedules, and supplies to ensure every job is prepped, staffed, and ready to execute. You won't be managing people directly or talking to clients—but you'll be the critical link between our Client Operations team and our field teams. When a job needs to go live, you're the one who makes sure everything is ready so our field team can deliver the Guardian WOW.
