You'll be the engine that keeps Guardian's operation moving—coordinating techs, trucks, schedules, and supplies to ensure every job is prepped, staffed, and ready to execute. You won't be managing people directly or talking to clients—but you'll be the critical link between our Client Operations team and our field teams. When a job needs to go live, you're the one who makes sure everything is ready so our field team can deliver the Guardian WOW.
