About The Position

The Digital Operations and Community Resources Fellow is a hands-on, implementation-focused member of the Glitter Sisters team. Under staff direction and supervision, the Fellow helps keep information flowing, digital systems organized, community resources accessible, and approved day-to-day outreach moving forward. The role works within established messaging, brand standards, content priorities, and program strategy, turning them into consistent, timely execution. It spans digital operations, community resource research, outreach, program support, and administrative and organizational support related to approved AmeriCorps service activities and GSI programs. The Fellow serves in a direct-service and capacity-building role. All activities are supervised and must remain within the approved AmeriCorps position description and program scope. The service term is December 7, 2026, through August 13, 2027. Members serve full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, and complete 1,200 service hours. ACC provides structured training and support, including a virtual national orientation, an in-person Winter Institute, twice-monthly virtual training, a community listening tour, support from a Lead For America Program Coordinator, peer meetings, and access to a national network.
