About The Position

The Digital Navigator is a full-time American Connection Corps (ACC) AmeriCorps service fellowship member serving with West Marion Inc. The role provides resident-directed technology assistance at community locations, helps residents access online health services and other resources, supports digital skills workshops, and participates in outreach. All activities are performed under the guidance, supervision, and direction of program and host-site staff. The member must follow approved procedures and protect residents’ privacy and confidential information. ACC provides structured training and development, including national orientation and an in-person Winter Institute, twice-monthly virtual training, a community listening tour, coordinator support, peer meetings, and access to a national network.
