The Digital Media Strategist partners with the Urban One sales team to grow digital revenue by analyzing client needs and presenting tailored solutions across all R One digital products. This role requires expertise in digital advertising—including display, video, audio, sponsorships, SEM, SEO, paid social, and lead generation—while being analytical, organized, consultative, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact within a collaborative and innovative environment.
