About The Position

Minelab is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Global Marketing team. This role focuses on maximizing the performance and impact of Minelab’s organic content across global social media and email marketing channels. The specialist will collaborate with Copywriting, Design, Media, and CRM teams to develop and execute content strategies that enhance engagement, reach, and business impact. They will also partner with Regional Marketing teams and key commercial stakeholders, including Ecommerce and Sales, to ensure content aligns with regional priorities, product launches, and business objectives. This is a hands-on position involving planning, coordinating, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high standards. The role requires continuous performance analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in organic social media, email marketing, content planning, and performance optimization in a global or multi-regional setting.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing organic social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, CMS and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, campaign planning and multi-channel execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and/or global marketing teams.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • A natural curiosity for technology and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing global organic social media strategies aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
  • Managing, scheduling and publishing organic content across social media and email channels.
  • Planning and setting up email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling and automation workflows.
  • Working closely with Copywriter, Design and Regional Marketing teams to ensure content is aligned, accurate and delivered on time.
  • Monitoring and reporting on organic social media and email performance, using insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Managing platform set-up and quality checks, including links, tagging, assets and audience segmentation.
  • Supporting testing initiatives across content formats, timings and channels.
  • Using tools such as HubSpot, Meta, TikTok and AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
