About The Position
Finalist for “Best Agency Culture” at the Global Agency Awards, seoplus+ is an innovative digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide reach their online potential by generating leads and increasing sales. Our clients range from local retailers to enterprise-level multinationals. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, enthusiastic, and driven professional looking to further their own career while working in a big team. They should be comfortable communicating with others in a team environment and able to work directly with clients. We invite candidates located in Ottawa to apply. This is an in-person role, and the candidate is required to work from our Ottawa office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Complete day-to-day digital marketing tasks, including posting blogs on client websites, sharing blogs on social media, citation-building, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, website updates, data entry, and other duties as required
- Oversee the client onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for all incoming clients. Collect access items for the team and check-in on onboarding status
- Execute onboarding tasks for new clients, which involves setting up their profiles in our reporting software and initiating basic Google account configurations
- Assist with the support portal, both in closing digital marketing tickets and in escalating tickets to other departments such as web or SEO
- Support other team members with overflow tasks and projects as required
- Be accountable to individual and department objectives and key results (OKRs)
