About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of The Boca Raton’s digital presence. This position serves as the day-to-day steward of website content and third-party listings, ensuring all channels reflect current offerings, brand standards, and operational priorities across the resort. In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the role also drives alignment through management of a centralized marketing editorial calendar and supports social media and influencer initiatives. Additionally, the specialist oversees invoicing processes to enable the efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as WordPress, AgoraPulse, and Canva
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams to support problem-solving and achieve shared objectives
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Capable of drafting clear, engaging marketing copy for digital channels with guidance as needed
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adapting to shifting priorities and business needs
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 3-5 years related experience in digital marketing and/or hospitality marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain website copy and imagery, including routine copy and visual refreshes, new offerings, seasonal updates to menus and operational hours, blog posts, and holiday-specific updates.
  • Contribute to Way event listings as needed.
  • Manage 3rd party listings for The Boca Raton, its five hotels, and various outlets including restaurants and spa on sites such as Google, Tripadvisor, CVENT, The Palm Beaches, etc.
  • Champion a single view of strategic and tactical priorities by managing the marketing editorial calendar, which includes member, resort guest, and prospect communications linked to business and operational priorities.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly discussions and status updates for the marketing editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to collect holiday-period operational hours and activations for use across Marketing channels.
  • Participate in ongoing strategic discussions and act as a thought partner for Social Media Manager and outside agency.
  • Support influencer visit & content shoot coordination and execution, including booking reservations, transportation, and amenities.
  • Provide logistical and onsite support for internal and agency content shoots.
  • Coordinate shoot dates, times, and locations with external and internal parties.
  • Manage invoices and purchase orders in BirchStreet and collaborate with Accounting for timely payment.
