About The Position

RSI Security is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in driving website growth, lead generation, and digital engagement. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our digital marketing ecosystem including SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, marketing automation, and website performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketer who enjoys improving systems, experimenting with growth strategies, and delivering measurable marketing results.

Requirements

• Technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, Semrush)
• Understanding of keyword research and search intent
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4)
• Ability to conduct conversion tests
• Experience with paid search campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Strong market research skills

• Experience with blog migrations
• Knowledge of AI assistant citation strategies
• Experience with schema markup (direct-answer blocks, FAQ, Service schema)

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: site health, crawlability, indexing, redirects and site structure across the main site and subdomains. This includes leading the SEO side of our blog migration and post-migration monitoring in Search Console.
• Content performance: keyword and search-intent research for our core services. You'll also consolidate the blog: merge overlapping posts, retire dead content, and rewrite titles and metadata for pages with high impressions and low clicks.
• AEO / GEO: structure service pages and our Regulatory Tracker hub so AI assistants cite RSI Security. That means direct-answer blocks, FAQ and Service schema, and question-led headings. Each month, check whether AI tools cite us for our core buyer questions and report the results.
• Analytics and conversion: keep GA4 and Search Console reporting accurate (bot filtering, key events, form tracking) and run conversion tests on service pages and blog calls to action.
• Reporting: a monthly organic and AI-visibility scorecard for the marketing L10 meeting, covering what changed, why, and what you're doing next.
• Paid search, working with our agency (MGL): landing page quality, keyword and negative-keyword input, and shared reporting.
• HubSpot: SEO-related forms, lead source tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Vertical campaigns and events: landing pages, content briefs, and organic promotion.
• Market research from primary sources (Search Console, Semrush, sales call notes, win/loss data, competitor sites and regulator publications), not AI-generated summaries alone.
