About The Position

Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns that promote and enhance brand awareness and support existing business objectives within the digital space. Utilizes new technologies and analytics tools to assist in the optimization and analysis of marketing campaigns across paid social, PPC search, and other digital marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Two (2) years relevant experience using social media management tools and content management systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices
  • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ability to manage projects effectively with strong organizational and time management skills, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to commute with personal transportation and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Implements digital strategies to grow the donor database and increase repeat donor visitation and engagement
  • Creates digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid search, paid social, and organic social media
  • Generates digital marketing reports and reviews campaign performance data
  • Leverages emerging technologies to successfully and efficiently implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensures consistent and cohesive execution of campaigns across digital platforms
  • Assists with special projects or urgent marketing requests as needed.
