We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist for a shared services role supporting our two companies - Live Events and Pyrotecnico. In this role, you will assist in coordinating our digital platforms, including paid social media campaigns, SEO/Google Ads coordination, website updates, and CRM tracking to help drive brand engagement and lead generation. This is a hands-on execution role. You will serve as a daily point of contact for our third-party marketing agencies, help maintain our digital content, and monitor campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their digital marketing skills in the live entertainment industry. This is an onsite position that may operate out of any of our Pyrotecnico or Live Events offices across the USA.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a marketing coordination role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to keep track of assets and meet deadlines for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with an eagerness to learn new marketing technologies and platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience setting up, budgeting, and tracking paid ad campaigns on professional social media platforms.
• Familiarity with website content management systems, specifically WordPress (experience with Elementor or similar page builders is a major plus).
• Experience or exposure to HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform (building workflows, tracking leads, running reports).
• Familiarity with data tools like Google Analytics or Google Ads dashboards.
• Experience using modern digital creation tools, including basic video editing software and AI-assisted productivity/content tools.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications.
• A passion for or previous exposure to the live events, entertainment, or experiential industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital campaigns with a clear focus on converting audience engagement into measurable revenue.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the company’s third-party SEO and Google Ads agency, providing direction, reviewing performance, and ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Ads to effectively evaluate agency recommendations, ask informed questions, and communicate results to leadership.
• Collaborate with the agency on keyword strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reviews.
• Lead website strategy in partnership with outside website design vendors.
• Perform minor website updates and ongoing maintenance as needed.
• Maintain working knowledge of website hosting and infrastructure tools including WordPress, Elementor, Figma, DNS, and domain hosting.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, track leads, adjust workflows, and report on funnel performance.
• Maintain accurate campaign data and provide regular reporting on KPIs to leadership.
