About The Position

The Digital Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing product positioning and messaging, and coordinating social media and communications through digital channels and portals. This role acts as a strategic partner, aligning communication with market trends and consumer insights. The ideal candidate combines attention to detail and creativity to deliver strong digital execution and commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA with 3 years marketing experience in the food industry, bakery a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Minimum knowledge of Creative and design, Adobe and Photoshop or others.
  • Minimum knowledge of AI and Copilot, Gamma, and others.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across website and email, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong digital presence, including digital product campaigns.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging, translating features into clear customer benefits.
  • Coordinate with Global for Company global communications and necessities across the group.
  • Track consumer trends, competitive activity, and category performance.
  • Support category analysis and segmentation. Turn insights into actionable recommendations to support product positioning and growth.
  • Develop presentations, decks, reports, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support Sales with tools and insights to drive digital business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Trade Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional teams to align product communication and launches.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Coordinate social media, agencies, and trade show support.
  • Maintain digital assets, support customer portals, and ensure accuracy and version control.
  • Meet company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is following all Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations and all lock-out/tag-out requirements according to OSHA requirements.
