We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help share the stories, events, and experiences that make our community exceptional. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with residents, associates, and leadership to strengthen our brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software.
  • Basic website management and SEO knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email communications.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on community news, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content across company social media platforms and executive pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend SEO and engagement improvements.
  • Capture community events through photography and video to create compelling marketing content.
  • Write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Identify and develop resident and associate stories that highlight the unique culture of Roland Park Place.
  • Create, update, and audit printed and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand standards.
  • Assist with public relations efforts and coordinate with advertising agencies as needed.
  • Help plan and manage photography and video shoots, including organizing related assets.
