About The Position

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support its growing Marketing Team. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented individual who enjoys building marketing programs, improving performance through data, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. The specialist will work across multiple digital marketing channels, including email automation, paid media, incentive tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, social ads, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical distribution or B2B marketing is a plus
  • Curious, data-driven, and always looking for ways to improve performance
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage the email marketing program, including campaign building, customer segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Build and optimize automated campaigns for prospects and customers, continuously testing and refining workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Track and report on customer loyalty programs, including enrollment, participation, and performance.
  • Support customer incentive programs by monitoring activity, validating data, and preparing summaries for leadership.
  • Manage manufacturer-sponsored incentives campaigns, including tracking, reporting, and communication with manufacturing partners.
  • Coordinate Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys, including distribution, response tracking, and insights reporting.
  • Maintain customer data and ensure proper segmentation is applied.
  • Manage the flow of marketing-generated leads, ensuring they are routed correctly and followed up on by sales.
  • Track marketing-sourced opportunities and support reporting on lead quality and outcomes.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance across channels.
  • Provide regular reporting to marketing leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social.
  • Monitor and report on paid media KPIs, budget pacing, and performance.
  • Support organic SEO efforts, including keyword updates, content recommendations, and improvements.
