About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Under the general direction of the Director of Corporate Marketing and Brand Management, the Digital Marketing Specialist leads, manages, and holds him/herself accountable for adhering to and increasing awareness of the StyleCraft brand, and maximizing traffic to StyleCraft's website and communities by creating and managing online marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional skills in organization, detail and planning.
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and use software to manage/improve operations.
  • Professional, friendly, collaborative, and drive to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand of StyleCraft Homes and ensure strict adherence to the brand in all internal and external communications.
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Support the marketing team and manager in overseeing the department's operations.
  • Provide branding resources and training materials to employees and external vendors as needed.
  • Strategically plan marketing activities to maximize traffic to StyleCraft's website and communities utilizing available resources.
  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing campaigns and materials across all platforms.
  • Create content by developing content ideas, write and publish content, and create visual content.
  • Initiate and manage the completion of complex quarterly projects by collaborating with upper management, other departments, and vendors.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Coordinator to strategically develop quarterly marketing calendars to plan out email, direct mail, and ad campaigns for each community, as well as company-wide branding efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with the established marketing budget.
  • Work with marketing vendors and set expectations for quality work, timelines, and budgets.
  • Measure performance of marketing activities using reporting tools and communicate results in a timely manner.
  • Report on results of each campaign to VP of Homes monthly.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Zillow, and other outlets.
  • Use SEO and other tools to improve the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Work with our 3rd Party vendors to maximize search and awareness of StyleCraft Homes.
  • Manage social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the blog.
  • Pilot new social media programs when applicable.
  • Educate the Sales team on social media best practices for community pages regularly.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns along with brand awareness on all social media platforms.
  • Engage with the online community.
  • Manage various events across communities.
  • Work with the Director of Sales on community launch events and events that promote the StyleCraft brand.
  • Oversee home photography and videography shoots or other media production on-site with vendors.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to determine events that will drive traffic to communities.
  • Attend all events to verify success and help raise brand awareness.
  • Participate in ongoing PR/ outreach activities to promote StyleCraft.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases and pitches to local media outlets.
  • Participate in local organization and networking groups to communicate and expand the brand of StyleCraft Homes.
  • Further the reputation of StyleCraft through sponsorships, such as Richmond Association of Realtors.
  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to do market research for upcoming communities and identifying our Unique Selling Proposition and determine what marketing campaigns will be most effective.
  • Visit and/or meet on-site at various communities for quality control purposes and to obtain feedback / insights from the sales team.
  • Work with Director of Sales and the Sales team to schedule intensive community review meetings (Marketing Audits) each month.
  • Reviews a minimum of 1 community per month.
  • Present current marketing initiatives and ideas on how to generate more traffic.
