About The Position

This position will report to the Southwest Digital Marketing Manager on the Digital Marketing team, a part of the Trulieve Marketing department. Top-level duties include omni-channel marketing messaging deployments across email and text message marketing. CDP/CRM performance-based campaign management and reporting. Core duties include but are not limited to CDP Audience segmentation, developing buyer personas, customer journey implementation, geo-based store communications, product-based targeting, maintaining brand guidelines, and supporting in-market Marketing vendors.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing experience– 2-3 years.
  • Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends.
  • Technology proficiency preferred (CRM/ESP).
  • Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results.
  • Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, IT, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily customer-facing communications through the Customer Data Platform (CDP), including email and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage CRM audience segmentation by leveraging behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to ensure precise targeting across markets.
  • Produce weekly reporting on CRM and marketing campaign performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop CRM communication strategies for email and SMS channels.
  • Write compelling copy for subject lines, preview text, and SMS messages, aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to identify performance wins, optimization opportunities, and gaps in strategy.
