About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier wholesale distributor of electronic security & low-voltage solutions, located in St. Louis, MO, and we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing initiatives. This role supports customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth while providing dedicated day-to-day digital marketing ownership without requiring eCommerce administration or advanced IT responsibilities. Reporting to the Manager - Marketing, this hands-on role combines creative execution with data-driven decision-making to strengthen customer engagement and support the company’s transition to digital-first customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience managing business social media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional routine physical activity (walk, sit bend etc) and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Visual acuity, depth perception, and focus adjustment to perform job duties

Nice To Haves

  • B2B marketing experience
  • CRM experience with platforms such as HubSpot, D365, or Salesforce
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and eCommerce platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads or paid social campaigns
  • Background in distribution, supply chain, or specialty B2B industries

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing campaigns, promotions, and weekly digital flyer communications
  • Build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in HubSpot
  • Coordinate digital marketing calendars aligned with vendor promotions and company initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels
  • Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Create and schedule content for promotions, events, and brand awareness
  • Support CRM lead capture, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows
  • Assist with customer nurturing campaigns and MQL generation
  • Collaborate with sales teams and vendors on co-marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools
  • Track KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, MQL contribution, and conversions
  • Support SEO initiatives - keyword research, content optimization, and landing page enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and campaign performance based on data
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards for leadership review
  • Maintain CRM data quality including contact accuracy, segmentation hygiene, and list management
  • Coordinate digital assets and content with graphic design and marketing teams
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
  • Support adoption and utilization of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and D365 Marketing
