The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across email automation, social media, paid advertising, and lead generation channels. This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support integrated marketing initiatives that drive engagement, lead conversion, and pipeline growth. This position plays a critical role in campaign execution and marketing operations through platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in marketing automation, paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. Operating with increased autonomy, The Digital Marketing Specialist will support lifecycle marketing initiatives including nurture campaigns, event marketing campaigns, sales enablement campaigns, social media management, and paid search strategies while helping improve marketing performance through analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization. This role will center on campaign execution, demand generation, and content activation across marketing channels. The position will collaborate closely with leadership and subject matter experts. Product marketing strategy, thought leadership creation, and backend marketing operations will remain with senior marketing and operational teams.
