About The Position

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role requires someone passionate about digital marketing and branding. This role will be responsible for executing all digital marketing projects, implementing the digital marketing project calendar, creating content for all social media channels, developing and sending our digital marketing communication through email and web channels, monitoring social media channels, SEM efforts, and credit union digital branding. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, practices, and strategies.
  • Creative digital marketing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of working with business partners and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Ability to create and present digital marketing data analysis.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of financial products is preferred but not required.
  • Google Analytics certification preferred.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Implement a clear and consistent message through all digital marketing channels.
  • Provides content and delivery method support for marketing messaging using all digital marketing and social media delivery methods.
  • Monitor digital marketing channels daily or as needed for content issues and to maintain brand reputation.
  • Launch digital marketing campaigns and promotions as mentioned in Raiz’s digital marketing plan.
  • Establish and implement new digital tactics to increase organizational goals, including growth, engagement, and product education.
  • Coordinates onboarding and marketing automation programs using digital channels.
  • Disseminate the analytics, ideas, and information to the appropriate internal departments so they can utilize information accordingly.
  • Oversees SEM of the credit union and directs efforts to make this area successful.
  • Leverage SEO and CRM functionalities in collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensures content on the website is accurate and up to date.
  • Works on digital marketing projects for Raiz’s business partners, like Mammoth Rock Capital and the Underserved Communities Foundation, if needed.
  • Assist the marketing department in events and special functions as needed.
  • Complies with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules and regulations and Customer Identification Program (CIP).
  • Attends required annual BSA training and training of compliance needed.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned or identified.
