About The Position

This maternity cover contract is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and analytics and is excited to take ownership of regional strategy while working closely with our global teams. You will play a key role in driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions across the USA and Canada. With a strong focus on SEO, GEO, and PPC, you will lead the execution and optimization of campaigns from a North American perspective, ensuring they are tailored to our regional audiences while remaining aligned with global brand and performance standards. You’ll also play a key role in shaping content opportunities alongside our copywriter, bringing forward creative, insight-led ideas that help our brand stand out in a competitive landscape. Beyond execution, you will think beyond the brief to identify new angles, content opportunities, and campaign ideas that connect with our audience in meaningful and distinctive ways.

Requirements

  • Data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data and turning insights into action.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a solid understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and performance drivers.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO and content strategy, with the ability to identify opportunities and collaborate effectively with copywriters to create content that performs.
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker who brings forward new ideas and approaches and can translate insights into compelling campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player who communicates effectively and builds strong working relationships across teams, departments, and time zones.
  • Familiar with the US and Canadian consumer markets, with an understanding of how to tailor digital strategies to this audience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and paid social, ensuring campaigns are aligned with regional objectives and performance targets.
  • Identify keyword opportunities and collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing content that drives organic traffic and engagement.
  • Adapt campaigns and content to resonate with North American audiences, ensuring relevance across both US and Canadian markets while staying aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Continuously test ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Own and refine tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data capture, attribution, and reporting across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, contributing ideas that elevate performance and stand out from the crowd.
